THE OPPORTUNITY:

Reporting to the Senior Electrical Engineer in the Perth Engineering & Studies team, this role is responsible for performing detailed design of sustaining, infrastructure and growth capital projects in PLS’ development portfolio across it’s international asset base. This role involves working with cross-functional teams across design, execution and operations to ensure high-quality end solutions that deliver value to the business.

This role has the multiple options for employment type available – full time, casual or fixed term contract depending on the experience and availability of the successful candidate. The role is based at our beautiful West Perth office, near the City West train station.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Detailed electrical design of identified projects under the guidance of an experience electrical engineering and drafting team
• Create, update, and validate master electrical engineering lists according to live and completed projects
• Work closely with Operations, Asset Readiness and Project Delivery teams to ensure accurate project scoping, execution and seamless commissioning / handover of assigned projects.
