  • Manage vendor support.
  • Develop Training and Work Instruction material relating to the operation and maintenance of the Fleet Management System.
  • Lead functional testing of updates to ensure system continuity and ensure business risks are identified and assessed prior to deployment to production.
  • Monitor product roadmap and lifecycle plans, ensuring business needs and expectations are managed.
  • Collaborate with the Mine Technology team to develop and monitor scheduled equipment servicing and repairs, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Proactively lead the monitoring and analysis of FMS performance, driving system enhancements in line with evolving business needs.

ABOUT YOU

As an experienced FMS Specialist, you will ideally have:

  • Bachelor's degree/Trade certificate in a related field (Mining/Computer Science/Electronics) or equivalent work experience.
  • Completion of MineStar vendor training and/or practical experience managing technology implementation or upgrade projects in mining settings, highly desirable.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to effectively diagnose and resolve technical issues.
  • Excellent communication abilities to clearly convey information to various stakeholders, including Mine Control staff, technology teams, and non-technical users.
  • Current WA Driver’s Licence: HR preferred.
