THE OPPORTUNITY:
Reporting to the Senior Master Data Specialist within the Asset Readiness team, this role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, quality and governance of maintenance master data within PLS's CMMS (Pronto). Working closely with stakeholders across Fixed Plant, Non-Processing Infrastructure and Mobile Maintenance, the role supports asset readiness, operational performance and effective work management through the delivery of accurate and reliable master data.
This role has the multiple options for employment type available – full time, casual or fixed term contract depending on the experience and availability of the successful candidate. The role is based at our beautiful West Perth office, near the City West train station.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create, maintain and update maintenance master data within the CMMS in accordance with defined standards and governance requirements
- Review and action approved master data change requests
- Conduct data validation, auditing and data quality improvement activities
- Support projects, asset readiness and operational teams through the delivery of master data solutions
- Contribute to CMMS improvements, testing and system enhancement activities
- Work closely with Maintenance, Reliability, Engineering, Operations and Supply Chain stakeholders
ABOUT YOU:
- Fixed Plant, Non-Processing Infrastructure or Mobile Maintenance Master Data experience highly regarded
- Experience working with CMMS or maintenance management systems (Pronto desirable)
- Experience developing, maintaining or governing master data within an operational environment
- Understanding of maintenance, planning, asset management or work management processes
- Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
