We’re a great Australian success story, having rapidly grown to become a major player in the global lithium market. Our Pilgangoora Operation is one of the largest, hard-rock lithium operations in the world.

We are accepting expressions of interest from students who are interested in applying for the 2026 PLS Graduate Program, and would like to receive reminders on key dates.

Applications our award-winning Graduate Program will open 25 March 2025.

We’ll be looking for Graduates from the following fields: 

  • Mining Engineering
  • Health & Safety
  • Commerce and business law (contracts and procurement)
  • Finance and accounting
  • Information Technology

 

Successful applicants will be offered permanent positions and will be given rotations relevant to their discipline.  Site based positions will work a roster of 8 days on, 6 days off. 

 

Program Overview:

Our structured 2-year program is designed to set you up for success by offering training, hands on experience and professional development opportunities.  The program includes:

 

  • Technical Rotations: through various business areas and collaborating with diverse teams within your field to gain a comprehensive and deeper insight into the business landscape.
  • Professional Development: Development days every six months to support your professional development focusing on areas such as building resilience, goal setting and presentation skills.
  • Network Support: We hold regular interactive and social activities for our graduates to attend and connect you with key business and industry events to build your professional network.
